Amna Nawaz

Amna Nawaz joined PBS NewsHour in April 2018 and serves as the program's chief correspondent and primary substitute anchor. Prior to joining PBS, Nawaz was an anchor and correspondent at ABC News and NBC News.

She has received numerous awards, including a Peabody for her reporting as part of the NewsHour's global plastic pollution coverage, an Emmy, and a Society for Features Journalism award.
